On January 28, 2019 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of public reprimand of Houston attorney Victoria V. Ochsner, 46, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24051129, signed on March 20, 2018 by Evidentiary Panel 4-3 for the State Bar of Texas District 4 grievance committee in Case No. 201607113. The evidentiary panel found that Ochsner violated TDRPC 1.01(b)(1) by neglecting a client matter. Ms. Ochsner appealed the Board's decision to the Supreme Court of Texas, case no. 19-0159. On August 30, 2019, the Court affirmed the Board's judgment. BODA cause number 60345.
