On July 28, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered a judgment of disbarment against Santa Fe, New Mexico attorney, Forrest R. Carlton II, 64, SBOT Card No. 03819000. On or about March 4, 2002, Carlton was disbarred by the Supreme Court of the State of New Mexico in Case No. 25,895, styled, In the Matter of Forrest R. Carlton II, Esquire, an Attorney Suspended from Practice Before the Courts of the State of New Mexico. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals disbarred Carlton.
