On November 21, 2017 Mr. Jiongo pled guilty to wire fraud and aiding and abetting, Intentional Crimes as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, in United States of America v. Christopher Arnold Jiongo, Cause No.3:16-CR-00406-D(3) and was sentenced to 46 months in prison followed by two years of supervised release and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $3,786,565.26. Although duly cited and noticed, Mr. Jiongo did not answer or appear. BODA cause number 60830.
