In the Matter of Ronald Eugene Reynolds

On May 2, 2016, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an interlocutory order of suspension against Missouri City attorney Ronald Eugene Reynolds, 42, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24025610. On or about November 24, 2015 Mr. Reynolds was convicted in The State of Texas v. Ronald Eugene Reynolds, Case Nos. 15-307888, 15-307889, 15-307890, 15-307891, 15-307892, in the County Court at Law 4 in Montgomery County, Texas of Barratry and Barratry Ill Obtain Employment, Intentional Crimes as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, and sentenced to 365 days of incarceration and ordered to pay fine and court costs. Reynolds appealed his criminal convictions and the Court of Appeals for the Eighth District of Texas affirmed the trial court's judgment on November 29, 2017 and mandate was issued on September 24, 2018.
