Pascual Madrigal v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On February 22, 2019 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of San Antonio attorney Pascual Madrigal, 64, State Bar of Texas Card No. 12802150, from a judgment of suspension signed on August 22, 2018 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 10-4 grievance committee in Case Nos. 201700545, 201703331, and 201704312. Madrigal did not file the reporter’s record or a brief and the Board issued an Order to Show Cause to him on January 9, 2019. The Show Cause Order gave him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Madrigal did not respond. Madrigal moved to reinstate his  appeal. The CDC did not object. He is suspended from the practice of law from October 15, 2018 until October 14, 2020. BODA cause number 61008.
