PAUL A. ESQUIVEL
On August 26, 2005, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the agreed judgment of fully probated suspension against Dallas attorney Paul A. Esquivel, 37, SBOT Card No. 00797917, issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 06A grievance committee in Case No. D0090321998, after an appeal by the complainant in the grievance, Hamid Bernoussi. The Board found that Esquivel and the Commission for Lawyer Discipline entered into an agreed judgment and that the appellant, Bernoussi, was complaining only of Esquivel’s failure to comply with the terms of the agreed fully probated suspension. Mr. Esquivel remains on a probated suspension until March 31, 2009.
