In re ERIC SLOCUM SPARKS

On March 28, 2002, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of probated suspension against Tucson, Arizona attorney, Eric Slocum Sparks, 59, SBOT Card No. 18874700. On or about December 19, 2001, Sparks was suspended from the practice of law for 30 days and placed on probation for two years by the Supreme Court of Arizona in Cause No. SB-01-0144-D; styled, In the Matter of Eric S. Sparks. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals placed Sparks on a probated suspension from February 8, 2002 until February 8, 2004.
