In re HAIM HABIB

On October 8, 2002, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an judgment of suspension reprimand against Guam attorney, Haim Habib, SBOT Card No. 08665600. On or about October 6, 2001, the Supreme Court of Guam entered a Decision and Order suspending Habib from the practice of law in Supreme Court Case No. ADC01-002, styled, In re Haim Habib, Respondent. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals indefinitely suspended Habib from the practice of law until he provides proof that he has been reinstated by the Supreme Court of Guam and upon further order of BODA.
