In re HOLLIE VESLA GREENE

On June 12, 2009, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an agreed order revoking the probation of Grand Prairie attorney Hollie Vesla Greene, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24006564, and suspended her from the practice of law for one year, beginning June 12, 2009. On or about October 20, 2008, Greene consented to an agreed judgment of partially probated suspension signed by the District 07A State Bar of Texas grievance committee. The agreed order found that Greene committed professional misconduct and suspended her from the practice of law for one year, of which the first three months were active, beginning December 1, 2008, and ending February 28, 2009, and the final nine months were probated beginning March 1, 2009 and ending November 30, 2009. The Board of Disciplinary Appeals found that Greene violated the terms and conditions of probation in violation of the terms and conditions of the agreed judgment.
