In re JOHN GOODE HARING

On January 24, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered a judgment of disbarment against San Antonio attorney John Goode Haring, 56, SBOT Card No. 09004700. Haring pled no contest to indecency with a child - contact, an intentional and serious crime as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, in case number 2000 CR 6366, styled, State of Texas v. John Haring, in the 186th District Court of Bexar County, Texas. On or about April 11, 2002, Haring was placed deferred adjudication for a term of ten years. In addition, Haring was ordered to pay fines and court costs in the amount of $1,266.25.
