In re LINDA JANE HEVRIN McCUE

On July 31, 2009 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an agreed judgment suspending Mansfield attorney Linda Jane Hevrin McCue, 35, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24034563 from the practice of law during her term of deferred adjudication. McCue pled no contest to the offense of Tampering with a Governmental Record – Defraud/Harm, a state jail felony and an Intentional Crime as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, in Cause No. 1143245W styled, The State of Texas v. Linda McCue, in the 396th District Court of Tarrant County, Texas. McCue was placed on deferred adjudication for two years beginning January 30, 2009. In addition, the court ordered McCue to pay a fine in the amount of $1,000.
