In re NANCY JOHNSON LEONARD

On July 26, 2010, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a default judgment of suspension from the practice of law of Dallas attorney, Nancy Johnson Leonard, 66, State Bar of Texas Card No. 00792182. Leonard did not answer or appear. On May 22, 2009, the Supreme Court of Louisiana suspended Leonard from the practice of law for one year and one day in case no. 2009-B-0057, styled, In re: Nancy Eileen Johnson. In accordance with Part IX of the TEXAS RULES OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, Leonard is suspended from the practice of law in the State of Texas for one year and one day beginning on July 27, 2010.
