In re PATRICIA BERTHELL HARRIS

On June 21, 2002, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment terminating an indefinite disability suspension and order of disability probation for Jacksonville attorney, Patricia Berthell Harris, 52, SBOT Card No. 09084500. On or about August 21, 1986, Harris was indefinitely suspended from the practice of law. Harris is reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Texas as of June 21, 2002. Harris is placed on a probated disability suspension for a period of 24 months beginning June 21, 2002 and ending June 20, 2004. Should Harris violate the terms of her disability probation, the CDC may seek to revoke the probation and indefinitely suspend her from the practice of law.
