On August 18, 2009, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals issued an Order that denied the petitioner’s Amended Petition for Mandamus. The petitioner asked the Board to vacate an order of an evidentiary panel arising from his evidentiary panel proceeding that compelled him to produce documents relating to his IOLTA account. Because this matter is a confidential proceeding before an evidentiary panel in accordance with TRDP 2.16, no identifying information will be reported.
