ROBERT D. LOBELLO v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On April 28, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of San Antonio attorney Robert D. LoBello, 45, SBOT Card No. 12455395, of a judgment of partially probated suspension issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 10C grievance committee in Case No. S0010210068. The Board found that LoBello did not file a reporter's record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to LoBello on February 25, 2004, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. LoBello did not respond.
