On February 4, 2014 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the modified judgment of partially probated suspension of Corpus Christi attorney Stephen Carrigan, 58, State Bar of Texas Card No. 03877000 signed by the District 4-5 Evidentiary Panel of the State Bar of Texas on June 14, 2013 in case nos. S0110922865, S0061023869 and S0071024008. The Board affirmed the findings that Mr. Carrigan violated TDRPC 5.03(a) and 5.03(b)(1).  Mr. Carrigan has appealed this decision to the Supreme Court of Texas, cause no. 14-0123. The Supreme Court affirmed BODA's judgment on August 22, 2014. Mr. Carrigan's Motion for Rehearing was denied  on October 17, 2014.  The judgment is final. BODA cause number 52611.
