Mr. Hodges appealed a judgment of active suspension for three years from the District 6 Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas signed on April 11, 2013. The Board granted a Joint Motion to Remand for Rendition of an Agreed Judgment.  The parties agreed to a Judgment of Partially Probated Suapension.  Mr. Hodges will be actively suspended from the practice of law from April 11, 2013 and ending April 10, 2015 and the final 18 months of suspension, April 11, 2015 until October 18, 2016, shall be probated. He is ordered to pay restitution on the amount of $2,750 and attorney's fees in the amount of $2,000. BODA case no. 52673.
