On or about January 10, 2012 Respondent pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1349 in Cause No. 4:10CR00057-22, United States of America v. Anthony Flores, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, and was sentenced to 39 months imprisonment.
