On October 8, 2008, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a judgment of disbarment of Lafayette, Louisiana attorney, William J. Aubrey, 60 Texas Bar Card No. 01428525. On September 14, 2007, the Supreme Court of The State of Louisiana permanently disbarred Aubrey in case no. 2006-B-0004. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, Aubrey is disbarred.
