Soza, 47, State Bar of Texas Card No. 00785018, from a judgment of partially probated suspension signed on November 20, 2012 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 15-4 grievance committee in Case Nos. S0011226607 and S0041227014. Soza did not file a brief and the Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Soza on August 19, 2013.
