On July 21, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reversed and dismissed with prejudice the judgment of fully probated suspension against Fort Worth attorney Billy D. Hullum, 64, SBOT Card No. 10258300, signed by the evidentiary panel of the State Bar of Texas District 01A Grievance Committee on December 15, 2002, in Cause No. F0119808503. The Board found that there was not substantial evidence to support two findings of misconduct and that the evidentiary panel's conclusion that Hullum had violated a third rule of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct was not supported by a finding of fact.
