On July 29, 2004, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reversed the Judgment of Disbarment signed on June 25, 2001 by the evidentiary panel of the State Bar of Texas District 06A grievance committee against Wichita, Kansas attorney Brenda J. Stidham, 52, SBOT Card No. 19225500. The matter is remanded for a new hearing in its entirety. In addition, it was ordered that Stidham may elect to have the matter heard either before the evidentiary panel or in district court in accordance with the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure.
