GEORGE FLORES SEDEÑO v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On March 18, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of San Antonio attorney George Flores Sedeño, 47, SBOT Card No. 17977900, of a judgment of disbarment issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 10A grievance committee in Case No. S0030109100 on July 26, 2002. The Board found that Sedeño did not file a reporter's record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Sedeño on February 6, 2003, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Sedeño did not respond.
