In the Matter of Eric D. Dixon

On or about November 9, 2018, the Supreme Court of New Mexico issued its order suspending Mr. Dixon from the practice of law for nine months and until further order of the Court in Case no. S-1-SC-37204, styled, In the Matter of Eric Dixon, an Attorney Suspended from the Practice of Law in the Courts of the State of New Mexico. The hearing committee found that Dixon violated RPC 16-101 Competence, 16-301 Meritorious claims and contentions, 16-303 Candor toward the Tribunal, 18-801 bar admission and disciplinary matters and 16-804 Misconduct -- dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation.
