On or about May 16, 2017, Mr. Walker pled guilty to one count of Possession with Intent to deliver a Controlled Substance: Heroin in violation of Texas Controlled Substances Act (Texas Health and Safety Code §481.112(a)) in The State of Texas v. James Walker, 299th Judicial District Court, Travis County, Texas, Case No. D-1-DC-16-300764 and was sentenced to community supervision for five years. The conviction is final. The conditions of community supervision require that Walker not practice law during the period of probation. BODA case no. 59122.
