(Michael) Brinkley, 60, State Bar of Texas Card No. 03004300, from a default judgment of probated suspension signed on November 5, 2012 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 7-4 grievance committee in Case No. D0081143838. Brinkley did not file a brief and the Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Brinkley on April 25, 2013.
