Gooding, Bar No. 023060, Respondent, suspending Gooding from the practice of law for six months and one day in accordance with the Agreement for Discipline by Consent. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, Gooding is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for six months, beginning July 27, 2012 and ending on January 27, 2013.
