In re Eric Lyle Williams

On or about April 9, 2012, Mr. Williams was convicted of Burglary of a Building and Theft by a Public Servant in The State of Texas v. Eric Lyle Williams, Cause No. 29823-422 in the 422nd District Court of Kaufman County, Texas and was sentenced to two years confinement on each count, to run concurrently. The sentence was probated for two years. Mr. Williams appealed the convictions to the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District of Texas.  The Court of Appeals affirmed his convictions on October 8, 2013 and mandates were issued. The State Bar of Texas petitions for an entry of a judgment of disbarment.
