On March 7, 2006, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of active suspension against Lake Oswego, Oregon attorney, Graeme H. Strickland, Jr., 59, SBOT Card No. 19396500. On or about December 15, 2005, Strickland was suspended from the practice of law for one year by the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon in Case No. OSB 04-32; SC S52490, styled, In Re Complaint as to Conduct of GRAEME H. STRICKLAND, JR. Accused. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals suspended Strickland from the practice for one year, beginning on February 15, 2006 and ending on February 14, 2007.
