In re John William Tinder II

Mr. Tinder was suspended from the practice of law for six months, stayed upon the completion of two-year probation for violation of Colorado RPC 8.4(c) by the Supreme Court of Colorado. By agreement Mr. Tinder is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for six months, the suspendion is stayed and he is placed on probation for two years, beginning October 2, 2014 and ending October 2, 2016.
