On May 24, 2013, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the petition for reinstatement of Richmond attorney Paige Horelica, 41, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24010112. Horelica signed an agreed judgment of indefinite disability suspension on March 9, 2010. Horelica failed to pursue her reinstatement.
