Stephen Mark Naslund v. Comm'n for Lawyer Disc

On July 25, 2011, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Amarillo attorney Stephen M. Naslund, 54, State Bar of Texas Card No. 14812600, from a default judgment of partially probated suspension signed on December 20, 2010 by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 13-2 grievance committee in Case No. D0011039331. Naslund did not file a brief and the Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Naslund on June 9, 2011, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Naslund did not respond.
