STEVEN JAY ROZAN v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On September 2, 2008, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeals of Houston attorney Steven Jay Rozan, 64, State Bar of Texas Card No. 17357000, of a judgment of public reprimand signed by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 4A1 grievance committee in Case Nos. H0040519931 and H0040622285 on October 31, 2007. The Board found that Rozan did not file a reporter's record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Rozan on April 21, 2008, giving him 30 days to respond and show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Rozan did not respond.
