VIRGINIA KEITH C. GORMAN v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On January 24, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the default judgment of a partially probated suspension against El Paso attorney Virginia Keith C. Gorman, 51, SBOT Card No. 08218400, dated February 13, 2002, from the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 17A grievance committee in Case No. F3030102709. Gorman was actively suspended from the practice of law from February 15, 2002 until February 14, 2003. She was on a probated suspension until February 14, 2004. Gorman appealed the Board's decision to the Texas Supreme Court in Cause No. 03-0136. The Texas Supreme Court affirmed the decision of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals on July 10, 2003.
