On October 10, 2018 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment of McGregor, Texas attorney Hamilton Philip Lindley, 41, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24044838, signed on November 16, 2017 by Evidentiary Panel 8-3 for the State Bar of Texas District 8 grievance committee in Case No. 201602337. The evidentiary panel found that Lindley violated TDRPC 8.04(a)(2) and 8.04(a)(3). Mr. Lindley appealed the Board's decision to the Supreme Court of Texas, cause no. 18-0985 and the Court affirmed the disbarment on March 29, 2019.
