On July 26, 2010, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of active suspension of Houston attorney Kristin Wilkinson, 46, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24037708, signed by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 4E09 grievance committee in Case No. H0090520881 on July 22, 2009. Ms. Wilkinson was suspended from the practice of law for six months from September 1, 2009 until February 28, 2010.
