In the matter of Ilya Torchinsky

Pursuant to Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure (“TRDP”) Part IX, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar of Texas filed a Petition for Reciprocal Discipline against Respondent Ilya Torchinsky on June 9, 2020. The Petition states that on or about October 31, 2019, the Supreme Court of Florida entered a Judgment of disciplinary revocation against Respondent, which is tantamount to disbarment, in Case No. SC19-1416, Lower Tribunal No(s): 2020-70,103(11F-MDR), In Re: Petition for Disciplinary Revocation of Ilya Torchinsky.  BODA Case # 64475.
