In the Matter of John B. Stevenson

On May 22, 1998 the Board of Disciplinary appeals disbarred Blanco TX attorney JOHN B. STEVENSON, State Bar of Texas Card no. 19199000. On or about April 1, 1993, Stevenson pled guilty to one count of bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1344 and to one count of mail fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1341 in Case No. A-92-CR-199JRN, styled United States of America v. John B. Stevenson, United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $15,000 and a fine in the amount of $5,000.
