In the Matter of Mark Alan Greenberg

On January 23, 2017 the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an order dismissing the compulsory discipline petition filed against Fort Lauderdale, Florida attorney Mark Alan Greenberg, 64, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24076921. Greenberg pled guilty to nine counts of Sexual Performance by a Child and one count of Computer Pornography, third degree felonies and Intentional Crimes as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, and on September 13, 2016 was placed on probation for five years in the case styled, The State of Florida v. Mark Greenberg, Case No. 15-3610CF10A, in the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, State of Florida. By Misc Order 17-9001, signed January 17, 2017, the Supreme Court of Texas accepted Mr. Greenberg’s resignation in lieu of discipline. BODA cause number 58353.
