In the Matter of Pendleton C. Waugh

On October 22, 1996, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a judgment of disbarment of Dallas attorney Pendleton C. Waugh, State Bar of Texas Card no.  20987500. On July 12, 1994, Waugh pled guilty to conspiracy to structure financial transactions to evade reporting requirements in violation of Title 18 § 371of the United States Code in Case No. 3:94-CR-160-T(Ol), styled United States of America vs. Pendleton C. Waugh, In the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division and he was sentenced to prison for 21 months, following which he would serve a period of supervised release for three years.
