On June 18, 2024, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an Agreed Judgment of Public Reprimand in the reciprocal discipline case against Abilene attorney WILLIAM TIMOTHY LADYMAN [#11787900]. On February 8, 2024, an Order was entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in the matter styled Dale Scoggins, et. al, v.
