On May 12, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of a partially probated suspension against Fort Worth attorney Patricia Anne Rudder, 50, SBOT Card No. 17370300, dated July 9, 2002, from the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 07A grievance committee in Case Nos. F0069909125 and F0059909022. Rudder was actively suspended from the practice of law from July 1, 2002 until December 31, 2002. She remained on a probated suspension until June 30, 2005. Rudder appealed this matter to the Texas Supreme Court, case no. 03-0514 and it was affirmed on May 21, 2004.
