Mr. Graham was suspended from the practice of law for three years by the Supreme Court of Florida on or about December 22, 2011 in The Florida Bar, Complainant(s) v. Claude Robert Graham, Respondent(s), Case No. SC11-1309, Lower Tribunal No(s). 2011-30,455(09E) for violating Rules Regulating the Florida Bar: 4-1.15 trust accounts; 5-1.11(B) money held for a specific purpose must only be used for that purpose. 5-1.2(d) trust account records; 5-1.2(d) trust accounting procedures; 5-1.2(f) record-keeping. He is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for three years, beginning November 1, 2014, and ending October 31, 2017. BODA cause number 54877. Graham appealed this decision to the Texas Supreme Court on November 10, 2014. Case No. 14-0923. On May 1, 2015, the Supreme Court of Texas affirmed the judgment of suspension by the Board of Disciplinary Appeals.
