On or about March 7, 2006, Gross was suspended from the practice of law in New Jersey for three months and probated for three months by the Supreme Court of New Jersey in the matter styled, In the Matter of Howard A. Gross, an Attorney at Law, (Attorney No. 035181992). In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, Gross was on a probated suspension from the practice of law in Texas for a period of three months, effective as of March 8, 2006 and ending on June 7, 2006.
