In re JOSEPH ANTHONY WENTZELL

On April 9, 2003, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an agreed judgment of active suspension against Minneapolis, Minnesota attorney, Joseph Antony Wentzell, 48, SBOT Card No. 21179350. On or about February 13, 2003, Wentzell received a six-month suspension from the practice of law in Case No. C5-01-1871, styled, In re Petition for Disciplinary Action against Joseph Anthony Wentzell, an Attorney at Law of the State of Minnesota from the Office of Appellate Courts, the State of Minnesota Supreme Court. In accordance with Part IX of the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals actively suspended Wentzell for six months, beginning February 27, 2003 and ending August 26, 2003.
