In re NOEL A. GAGE

On April 11, 2011, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an order of suspension against Las Vegas, Nevada attorney Noel A. Gage, 72, State Bar of Texas Card No. 07566400. On or about June 3, 2010 Gage pled guilty to one count of obstruction of justice, in violation of 18 U.S.C.§ 1512(c), an Intentional Crime as defined in the TEXAS RULES OF DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE, in case number 2:07-CR-0039-JLQ-LRL, styled, United States of America v. Noel Gage, in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. Gage was placed on probation for three years and home detention for three months, ordered to pay a fine of $25,000, and ordered to pay an assessment in the amount of $100. Gage is suspended from the practice of law during the term of his criminal conviction as originally assessed; until June 2, 2013.
