On or about December 810, 2012, Simon pled guilty to money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. §1956(a)(3)(B), a first degree felony, an Intentional Crime as defined in the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure, in case 3-12CR-414-P, styled, United States of America v. Patrick Robert Simon (1), in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division.
