On November 3, 2006, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the partially probated suspension from the practice of law of Dallas attorney Timothy W. Sorenson, 60, SBOT Card No. 18848400, by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 06A grievance committee in Case No. D0120425404 on March 6, 2006. Sorenson’s stay of suspension is dissolved and he shall be suspended from the practice of law for 58 and one-half months, beginning on November 3, 2006. The first four and one-half months is active suspension and the remainder of the suspension is probated.
