On April 13, 2010, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of partially probated suspension of Houston attorney Cyril Chukwurah, 53, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24048394, signed by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 4B grievance committee in Case Nos. H0020723857 and H0120827940 on June 29, 2009. Chukwurah remains on a probated suspension until October 31, 2011.
