Chukwurah, 56, State Bar of Texas Card No. 24048394 signed by the District 4D Evidentiary Panel of the State Bar of Texas on November 21, 2011 in case no. H00411328161. The Board affirmed the findings that Mr. Chukwurah violated TDRPC 1.14(a) and 1.14(b). Under this sanction, Mr. Chukwurah remains actively suspended from the practice of law until June 21, 2016.
